TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

"COMPETITION": The Competition operated by the Promoter to which these Terms and Conditions apply, wherein Entrants submit entries via the website www.tramwaypath.co.uk.

"GRAND PRIZE": One of the following, awarded at the Winner's election:

(a) the residential property located in South London, which has a guide value of £650,000. The property will be transferred to the Winner with all associated legal fees and property transfer fees paid by the Promoter up to a maximum of £5,000 + VAT, provided the Winner uses the Promoter's appointed legal representative. No reimbursement will be made for alternative arrangements. The property is offered freehold and will be provided as described in the listing. Any ongoing costs applicable to the property (such as utilities, insurance and council tax) are the responsibility of the Winner; or

(b) £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds sterling) paid to the Winner strictly for the purpose of purchasing a residential property anywhere within the United Kingdom. The funds will be transferred via a UK-regulated solicitor and must be used solely toward the purchase of a property. The Promoter will not provide the £500,000 as unrestricted cash, and reserves the right to require reasonable evidence of the intended property transaction before releasing funds.

Where the Winner takes the property, legal title will be transferred to the Winner via a UK-regulated solicitor appointed by the Promoter.

"VALUATION": the guide value stated on the Website for the property forming part of the Grand Prize.

"SCRATCH CARD": A single digital scratch card which may or may not contain a prize. Scratch Cards are not sold and the Promoter makes no charge for them. They are issued free of charge with a Qualifying Purchase, or free of charge by post in accordance with Section 2. The result of each Scratch Card is pre-determined at random at the point it is issued. Scratch Cards are a limited offer and are never offered as a standalone product. They run only alongside a Competition and never in place of one, and only one Scratch Card game runs at any given time. This ensures that scratch cards remain a minority of the competitions the Promoter offers at any given time.

"QUALIFYING PURCHASE": A purchase of Entries, including a Ticket Bundle or a subscription payment, that the Website shows as including one or more free Scratch Cards at the time the payment is made. The number of Scratch Cards included is displayed on the Website before purchase.

"CASH PRIZE": A monetary prize won on a Scratch Card, paid directly to the Participant once claimed in accordance with Section 3.

"SITE CREDIT": A non-cash credit applied to the Entrant's account, redeemable only against ticket purchases for competitions on the Website. Site Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Site Credit issued as a repeat-order reward or manual top-up is subject to the expiry provisions set out in Section 3.

"WALLET": The Participant's account balance held on the Website.

"PRIZE FULFILMENT PARTNER": PrizeShark, the third-party prize provider appointed by the Promoter to source, arrange and issue the prizes awarded under the Mini Weekly Giveaway. The Prize Fulfilment Partner acts on behalf of the Promoter and may contact winners directly from the email address tramwaypath@prizeshark.com.

"ENTRY": An entry submitted by an Entrant to obtain an opportunity to win the Grand Prize and to be included in the Mini Weekly Giveaways run alongside the Competition. Entries are purchased in Ticket Bundles, and the number of Entries contained in each Ticket Bundle is displayed on the Website before purchase. Entries are also available free of charge by post.

"POSTAL ENTRY": A single Entry submitted by post in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 2. One Postal Entry consists of one postcard, posted to the Promoter as its own separate item of post, carrying its own postage paid by the Entrant.

"TICKET BUNDLES": Multiple ticket entries into the Competition, which are purchased collectively.

"ENTRANT": Any natural person (not including a limited company, partnership, or limited liability partnership) aged eighteen (18) or over who enters the Competition through the Website or by post.

"PARTICIPANT": Any natural person aged eighteen (18) or over who receives a Scratch Card.

"WINNER": The Entrant chosen at random on or after the Closing Date who will receive the Grand Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

"WEBSITE": www.tramwaypath.co.uk

"OPENING DATE": 28th September 2026 at 9:00am

"CLOSING DATE": 30th November 2026 at 11:59pm

"COMPETITION PERIOD": The period from the Opening Date to the Closing Date.

By entering the Competition and/or playing a Scratch Card via the Website, Entrants and Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Upon entering the Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Promoter (which must include a valid e-mail address) which will be used for the following purposes:

to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;

to post the Winner's name and town of residence on the Website; and

to comply with the Privacy Policy.

All Entrants and Participants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoter with accurate and current contact details. The Promoter will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant or Participant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrant or otherwise.

The Entrants, Participants and the Promoter recognise that the Promoter may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR, supplied by the Entrants and Participants to the Promoter, to administer the Website, conduct the Competition, and operate Scratch Cards according to these Terms and Conditions.

The Entrants, Participants and the Promoter also recognise that the Promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons. See the detailed Privacy Policy page for further details.

The Competition and Scratch Cards are operated by the Promoter.

The Competition and Scratch Cards are open to all persons aged 18 or over. Free postal entry to the Competition, and free Scratch Cards by post, are available to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Both exclude the Promoter, its directors, employees, agents and professional advisers, members of their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or the conduct or administration of the Competition or Scratch Cards.

Scratch Cards are a prize draw run alongside a Competition, with a free route by post as set out below. They are never sold, never offered as a standalone product and never offered in place of a Competition. Participants must be 18 years of age or over. The Promoter is committed to responsible play, and the player protection measures set out in Section 7 apply to Scratch Cards as well as to the Competition. If you are concerned about your own play, or the play of someone you know, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org or from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Scratch Cards are free. The Promoter does not sell Scratch Cards and does not charge for them, either on their own or as part of a Qualifying Purchase. The price of a Qualifying Purchase is the price of the Entries it contains, and the Scratch Cards that come with it are provided in addition at no extra cost. Scratch Cards are included with Qualifying Purchases made on or after 12 October 2026, including monthly subscription payments, so existing subscribers receive them from their next payment. The Promoter may change the number of Scratch Cards included with any Qualifying Purchase at any time. Any change will be shown on the Website before it applies and will not affect Scratch Cards already issued.

Limited offer. Scratch Cards are a limited offer. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw Scratch Cards, or to stop including them with Qualifying Purchases, at any time and for any reason. Where it does so, the Promoter will publish notice on the Website. Withdrawal does not affect any Entry to the Competition.

Entry routes. Entries to the Competition are valid if made via the Website or by post. Free postal entry is available to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. There is no limit on the number of Postal Entries an Entrant may submit.

What a valid Postal Entry is. A Postal Entry must meet all of the following requirements:

(a) it is submitted on a single postcard, or on a single card or sheet of paper of similar size;

(b) it is completed by hand by the Entrant, and states the Entrant's full name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and a confirmation that the Entrant has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;

(c) it is posted to the Promoter at the address given on the Postal Entry page as its own separate item of post, carrying its own postage paid by the Entrant; and

(d) it is received by the Promoter before the Closing Date.

An Entrant who prefers not to send an open postcard may enclose it in an envelope. An envelope must contain one Postal Entry only.

One item of post is one Entry. Where two or more postcards are received in the same envelope, package, box, bag or other single item of post, they will be treated together as one Entry between them. This applies however many postcards the item contains, whether or not each postcard is correctly completed, and whether or not individual postcards inside it carry stamps of their own. Postage paid once on a single item of post buys one Entry.

Postage and delivery. Postal Entries may be sent by any postal service. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are delayed, damaged, mis-delivered or lost in the post, and proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Entrants using a slower postal service should allow enough time for their entry to arrive before the Closing Date.

Entries that do not meet these requirements. The Promoter will not allocate ticket numbers for entries that do not meet the requirements above. Where an Entrant has submitted something that is not a valid Postal Entry, the Promoter will tell them so and explain why, using the contact details given on the entry, and may return the material at its discretion.

Free Scratch Cards by post. A Scratch Card may be obtained free of charge by post, with no purchase necessary. This is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Each request must meet all of the Postal Entry requirements set out above, including being posted as its own separate item of post carrying its own postage, and must be marked "Scratch Card". Requests marked "Instant Win" will also be accepted. One valid item of post receives one Scratch Card. A Scratch Card obtained by post is drawn from the same pool of pre-determined results as a Scratch Card issued with a Qualifying Purchase, and has exactly the same chance of winning any given prize.

Free and paid entries are treated identically. Entries submitted by post are entered into the same draw, are allocated ticket numbers in the same way, and have exactly the same chance of being drawn as paid Entries. Postal Entries are also entered into the Mini Weekly Giveaways on the same basis as paid Entries. No distinction of any kind is made between paid and free Entries at the point of any draw, or between Scratch Cards issued with a Qualifying Purchase and Scratch Cards obtained by post.

By entering the Competition or playing a Scratch Card, Entrants and Participants acknowledge that no Entry guarantees that they will win the Grand Prize or any other prize, and that no Scratch Card is guaranteed to contain a prize. Not every Scratch Card wins.

The Grand Prize is guaranteed. Once a Competition has been advertised, the Promoter guarantees that the Grand Prize described on the Website will be awarded to the Winner. The Promoter will not reduce the value of the Grand Prize, extend the Closing Date, or cancel the Competition by reason of the number of Ticket Bundles sold.

Only completed Entries will be entered into the Competition.

As a condition of entering the Competition or playing Scratch Cards, Entrants and Participants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws applicable to them. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant or Participant enters the Competition or plays Scratch Cards unlawfully.

The Competition, Scratch Cards, their administration and all associated activities are governed by English law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the right of a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they reside.

By entering the Competition or playing Scratch Cards, Entrants and Participants warrant that all information they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Participant (entirely at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe they have acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Limits on participation. There is no fixed limit on the number of Entries an Entrant may make, other than the monthly spending limits set out in Section 7, which apply to every account. The number of Scratch Cards a Participant receives depends on the Qualifying Purchases they make and any valid requests by post.

The Promoter is not responsible or liable in any way for the Valuation and makes no representation or warranty in respect of its accuracy.

All valid Entries will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. Material received that does not constitute a valid Entry may be returned or destroyed at the Promoter's discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. Where an amendment materially affects an Entrant or Participant, the Promoter will publish notice of the change on the Website.

Main Competition Prize

The purpose of the Competition is to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize for this Competition is one of the following, at the Winner's election:

• The property: the residential property located in London (as described and pictured on the Website), which has a guide value of £650,000. The property will be transferred to the Winner with all associated legal fees and property transfer fees paid by the Promoter up to a maximum of £5,000 + VAT, provided the Winner uses the Promoter's appointed legal representative. No reimbursement will be made for alternative arrangements. The property is offered freehold and will be provided as described in the listing. Any ongoing costs applicable to the property (such as utilities, insurance and council tax) are the responsibility of the Winner.
• The cash alternative: £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds sterling) paid to the Winner strictly for the purpose of purchasing a residential property anywhere within the United Kingdom. The funds will be transferred via a UK-regulated solicitor and must be used solely toward the purchase of a property. The Promoter will not provide the £500,000 as unrestricted cash, and reserves the right to require reasonable evidence of the intended property transaction before releasing funds.

The choice between the property and the cash alternative belongs to the Winner alone. The Promoter will not substitute one for the other.

Where the Winner elects to take the property, an appointed solicitor chosen by the Promoter must be used to effect the transfer, and legal title will be transferred following the draw and verification of the Winner's eligibility. The Promoter will pay the associated legal fees and property transfer fees up to a maximum of £5,000 + VAT, provided the Winner uses the Promoter's appointed legal representative. No reimbursement will be made for alternative arrangements. Any costs above that amount, and any ongoing costs applicable to the property, are the responsibility of the Winner.

Where the Winner elects to take the cash alternative, the £500,000 will be transferred via a UK-regulated solicitor and used strictly toward the purchase of a residential property within the United Kingdom. It will not be provided as unrestricted cash. Where the Winner takes the cash alternative, the property will not be awarded.

Timescale for delivery of the Grand Prize. The Promoter will instruct its appointed solicitor to begin the transfer of the property, or the transfer of the cash alternative, within 28 days of the Winner's identity and eligibility being verified and the Winner confirming their election. The Promoter will keep the Winner informed of progress at least every 14 days until the transfer completes.

All payments and transfers will be made in pounds sterling.

English is the only language in which an Entrant may submit their entry.

Mini Weekly Giveaways

As part of the Competition, the Promoter may run a separate Mini Weekly Giveaway, whereby a different prize will be awarded each week during the Competition Period, as advertised on the Website. The details, value, and specific terms of each Mini Weekly Giveaway prize will be clearly stated on the Website and may vary from week to week. Mini Weekly Giveaway prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative shall be offered unless expressly stated on the Website. Participation in the Mini Weekly Giveaway does not affect an Entrant's chances of winning the Grand Prize.

The winner of each Mini Weekly Giveaway prize is selected at random using Random.org from all valid Entries held at the time of that draw, whether obtained by purchase or by free postal entry. Free and paid Entries have exactly the same chance of being drawn. The draw is screen-recorded and the recording is posted on the Promoter's social media channels, allowing the process to be independently viewed and verified. All prizes are awarded strictly in accordance with the laws of chance.

Fulfilment by a third party. The Promoter uses a third-party prize provider, PrizeShark, as its Prize Fulfilment Partner to source, arrange and issue the prizes awarded under the Mini Weekly Giveaway, including holidays, technology items and cash prizes. This arrangement applies only to the Mini Weekly Giveaway. It does not apply to the Grand Prize or to any Scratch Card prize, which are issued by the Promoter directly. The Promoter remains responsible for the Mini Weekly Giveaway and for ensuring that prizes are awarded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Third-party standards. The Promoter requires any third party engaged in the operation of the Competition or Scratch Cards, including the Prize Fulfilment Partner, to comply with the Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, and will terminate any such arrangement where that party will not do so.

Contact from the Prize Fulfilment Partner. Winners of a Mini Weekly Giveaway prize should expect to be contacted by PrizeShark from the email address tramwaypath@prizeshark.com in order to arrange delivery, booking or payment of their prize. That address is used to contact Mini Weekly Giveaway winners on the Promoter's behalf. A genuine email about a prize will never ask you for a payment, for a fee to release your prize, for your full card details or for your account password. If you are asked for any of these, if you receive a message about a Tramway Path prize from any other address, or if you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact the Promoter at contact@tramwaypath.co.uk before replying or providing any personal or payment details. The Promoter will share with PrizeShark only the personal data necessary to fulfil the prize, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Claiming a Mini Weekly Giveaway prize. Each Mini Weekly Giveaway winner will be notified using the email address associated with their entry. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of the date the winner notification email is sent, including providing any details reasonably requested by the Promoter, or by the Prize Fulfilment Partner on the Promoter's behalf, to arrange delivery or payment of the prize. If the winner does not respond and claim the prize within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and made void, no cash alternative or replacement will be offered, and the Promoter may at its discretion re-draw or reallocate the prize.

Scratch Card Prizes

Not every Scratch Card contains a prize. The result of each Scratch Card, whether a prize or no prize, is pre-determined at random when the card is issued and is revealed when it is scratched. Nothing the Participant does when scratching changes the result.

• Prizes are either a Cash Prize or Site Credit.
• Scratch Cards issued with a Qualifying Purchase and Scratch Cards obtained by post are drawn from the same pool and have exactly the same chance of containing any given prize. All prizes are awarded strictly in accordance with the laws of chance.
• The prizes available on Scratch Cards may change from time to time.
• To receive a Cash Prize, the Participant must claim it by entering their details when prompted after scratching. Cash Prizes are paid directly to the Participant.
• Site Credit won on a Scratch Card is added automatically to the account linked to the email address the Scratch Card was sent to. Site Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, and may only be used towards Entry purchases for the Competition.
• Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered in place of Site Credit unless required by applicable law.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect result being displayed or credited, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and award the result that was correctly pre-assigned to that Scratch Card.

Site Credit Repeat-Order Rewards and Manual Top-Ups

Separately from Scratch Cards, the Promoter may issue Site Credit to a Participant's account as a repeat-order reward or as a manual top-up. Any such Site Credit will expire at 11:59pm (UK time) on the seventh (7th) day after the date it is issued. Any Site Credit issued in this way that remains unredeemed at that time will be removed from the Participant's account and cannot be reinstated or exchanged.

This expiry applies only to Site Credit issued as a repeat-order reward or manual top-up. It does not affect Site Credit or Cash Prizes won on Scratch Cards, which remain subject to the terms set out above.

This expiry applies only to Site Credit issued on or after 20 July 2026. Any Site Credit balance held by a Participant before that date is unaffected and will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.

Notification

Potential Winners of the Grand Prize will be contacted using the email address used to enter the Competition, and may be awarded the Grand Prize subject to confirmation and verification of eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner must acknowledge the Winner notification email within 96 hours of it being sent, or within any longer period indicated in that notification email. After sending the Winner notification email, and to the extent a telephone number has been provided, the Promoter reserves the right to contact the Winner by telephone as well. Where the Winner has not acknowledged within the applicable period, the Promoter will continue to attempt contact in accordance with Section 4, and the Promoter's right to award the Grand Prize to an Alternate Winner arises only as set out in that Section.

Mini Weekly Giveaway winners are instead subject to the 28-day claim period set out above. Scratch Card prizes are claimed or credited as set out above.

The process to determine the Winner of the draw will be carried out within three days of the Closing Date and a final decision will be made on the same day.

To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and payment details. Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant's payment will be electronically approved.

Scratch Cards are not sold. They are issued free of charge with a Qualifying Purchase, or by post as set out in Section 2, and are sent to the Participant by email. Each Scratch Card may only be scratched once. No re-scratches or further attempts are permitted once a card has been revealed.

Closing and extension. The Competition will close on the Closing Date. The Closing Date will not be extended by reason of the number of Ticket Bundles sold. The Promoter may extend the Closing Date only where events outside its reasonable control make it impossible or unlawful to run the Competition or to conduct the draw as planned. Where the Closing Date is extended under this paragraph, the Promoter will publish the reason for the extension and the new Closing Date on the Website.

All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made, except: in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date; where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse, in which case the Promoter may cancel the purchase and issue a refund at its discretion; where a Competition is cancelled under Section 6; or where a refund is required by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects an Entrant's or Participant's statutory rights.

The Winner of the Grand Prize will be drawn at random electronically using Random.org, in the presence of an independent Solicitor, and the draw will be streamed live on the Promoter's social media channels. All prizes are awarded strictly in accordance with the laws of chance.

Verifying the draw. The number of Entries included in each draw is shown in the Random.org draw record. The draw is streamed live and the Promoter publishes the draw record afterwards, so that the total number of Entries in that draw and the number drawn can be independently verified by anyone. Records of the Promoter's previous draws remain publicly available on Random.org, so the number of Entries included in earlier Competitions can be reviewed at any time, including before entering.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above. This does not affect an Entrant's right to raise a complaint under Section 8.

The Winner may be required to forward a copy of their passport or driving licence to the Promoter to prove their identity, and to demonstrate that their Entry was made using a valid payment card belonging to the Entrant or used with the express authorisation of the card holder.

The requirement under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 relating to the supply of goods and services ordered online does not apply to a prize competition of this kind. Nothing in this paragraph limits any statutory right an Entrant or Participant may have.

Where the Winner has not acknowledged the Winner notification email within the period stated in Section 3, the Promoter will continue to attempt contact by email, telephone and post to the contact details submitted in their entry. If the Winner has still not been contacted within 21 days of the date the Winner notification email was sent, the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Grand Prize to an Alternative Entrant selected by drawing another winning entry at random in the same method as described above ("The Alternate Winner"). The Alternate Winner shall have 7 days from notification of their status by the Promoter to communicate their acceptance of the Grand Prize.

The Winner must confirm whether they wish to take the property or the cash alternative within 60 days of being notified of their win. If the Winner does not confirm within that period, the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Grand Prize to an Alternative Entrant selected by drawing another winning entry at random in the same method as described above.

The Winner must take all reasonable steps to transfer the property into their name within 21 days of receipt of a signed transfer form (TR1) from the current owner.

Announcing the Winner. The Winner agrees that they will be announced publicly as the Winner of the Competition. This includes their name and town of residence being published on the Website and on the Promoter's social media channels, and the live draw at which the winning ticket number is announced being streamed publicly. The Promoter may also invite the Winner to take part in further publicity, such as a photograph, an interview or a press article. Any such further publicity will be agreed with the Winner beforehand.

The Grand Prize will be awarded regardless of the number of Ticket Bundles sold. Where the number sold as at the Closing Date is lower than the Promoter had hoped to achieve, the Competition will still proceed to the draw on the date advertised and the Grand Prize will be awarded to the Winner in full.

The Promoter is entitled to retain a portion of the Entry fees to cover operational, marketing and charitable commitments. This does not affect the Winner's entitlement to the Grand Prize, which is guaranteed under Section 2.

The Promoter may suspend or withdraw Scratch Cards at any time, as set out in Section 2. This does not affect any Entry to the Competition.

The Winner agrees to allow the Promoter to display their name on the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The name and town of residence of the Winner will be posted on the Website for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the Competition within 24 hours of the Winner being determined.

Entrants and Participants authorise the Promoter to enter their personal details into its database and to use the information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR, and subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation. The Promoter may extend the Closing Date of a Competition only in the circumstances set out in Section 4. The Promoter may cancel a Competition only where events outside its reasonable control make it impossible or unlawful to run the Competition, to conduct the draw, or to award the Grand Prize. Low ticket sales, commercial disappointment, or a change in the Promoter's business plans are expressly not grounds for extension or cancellation. Where a Competition is cancelled, the Promoter will publish the reason on the Website and return all Entry fees to each Entrant in full within 14 days, by refund to the original payment method where possible, or otherwise by bank transfer or cheque in one combined payment where several entries have been made. Where the Entry fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.

Charitable contribution. The Promoter makes a charitable contribution from the proceeds of its property draws. The current commitment, the charity it supports, and the amount contributed to date are published on the Charity Partnership page of the Website and updated as contributions are made. The Promoter follows the Code of Fundraising Practice in relation to that partnership.

The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the Valuation or the Grand Prize, its structural or cosmetic condition or its ability to be sold. Entrants should make and rely on their own enquiries and legal advice about the Grand Prize before entering the Competition.

The Winner is responsible for any personal tax liabilities that may arise in connection with the Grand Prize, and should seek their own independent advice where necessary.

Save for death or personal injury, and save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoter, nor will its servants or agents in developing, planning and administrating the Competition or Scratch Cards, distributing any prize to the Winner, or following the distribution of the prize. The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter's total liability to any Participant in connection with a Scratch Card shall not exceed the greater of (a) the value of the prize correctly pre-assigned to that Scratch Card and (b) the price paid for the Qualifying Purchase with which it was issued.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant or Participant as a result of incomplete entries or purchases, failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or orders which it does not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between the Promoter and each Entrant and Participant. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between the Promoter and any Entrant or Participant.

The Promoter reserves the right to monitor the use of any promotional codes, discounts, or offers. If it is determined that a discount, promotion, or offer has been misused, exploited, or excessively used beyond reasonable intent, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion:

• Cancel or refuse any related orders or entries.
• Revoke any benefits, discounts, or promotions applied in violation of these terms.
• Disqualify the Entrant or Participant from the Competition or Scratch Cards.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, cancel or refuse any entry, order or Scratch Card, and to disqualify any Entrant or Participant, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Entrant or Participant has abused, manipulated or attempted to gain an unfair advantage in the Competition or Scratch Cards. This includes abuse carried out by automated means (including the use of bots, scripts or other software) and by manual means (including creating or using duplicate, false or another person's identity, contact details or accounts, abusing any free-entry, promotional or reward mechanic, or otherwise circumventing any limit that applies or the intended operation of the Competition or Scratch Cards). In such cases the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, cancel the affected entries, orders and Scratch Cards, withhold or reclaim any prize, and exclude the Entrant or Participant from this and any future Competition or Scratch Cards.

Any attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with Scratch Cards or the Website is strictly prohibited. Any prizes obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to seek recovery of any such prizes already paid out and to refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

An Entry or Scratch Card shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the Entrant or Participant engages in:

• any form of fraud (actual or apparent)
• fraudulent misrepresentation
• fraudulent concealment
• hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the Website, or
• amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.

Each Entrant and Participant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference.

The Promoter is a signatory of the Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators published by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. The measures in this Section apply to the Competition and to Scratch Cards, and are published in full on the Compliance page of the Website.

Spending limits. The Promoter applies a maximum monthly spending limit to each Entrant's account, covering all purchases of Entries to the Competition. Scratch Cards are free and do not count towards the limit. The level of that limit is set by the Promoter and reviewed regularly. Once the limit is reached, no further purchases will be accepted until the following calendar month. An Entrant or Participant may request a lower limit, including a limit of nil, at any time by contacting the Promoter. A lower limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit takes effect 24 hours after the Promoter confirms it.

Credit cards. Scratch Cards are not sold, so they cannot be bought by credit card or any other payment method. Credit card payments towards Entries to the Competition are subject to a monthly limit per Entrant, set by the Promoter and applied in addition to the overall monthly spending limit above.

Suspension and closure. An Entrant or Participant may at any time request that their account be suspended for a period of six months or longer, suspended for a shorter period, or closed permanently, by contacting the Promoter at contact@tramwaypath.co.uk. During any period of suspension the Entrant or Participant will not be permitted to enter the Competition or receive Scratch Cards, and will receive no marketing communications from the Promoter for the duration of that period. The Promoter will action any such request within one working day.

Monitoring. The Promoter monitors account activity for indicators of potential harm, including sharply rising spend, unusually frequent participation, the use of multiple payment methods on one account, and repeatedly declined payments. Where such indicators are identified, the Promoter may contact the Entrant or Participant, suggest a lower spending limit, or restrict or suspend the account where it considers it appropriate in the interests of that person's welfare.

Wallet and withdrawals. Cash Prizes credited to a Participant's Wallet may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification where required. The Promoter will process a withdrawal request within 5 working days of the request being made and any required verification being completed. Where an account is closed permanently, any Cash Prize balance held in the Wallet will be paid out to the Participant. Site Credit has no cash value and cannot be paid out.

Support. If you or someone you know is affected by excessive play or financial worry, free, confidential and independent support is available from BeGambleAware.org, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, GamCare, Citizens Advice, the Money Advice Trust and National Debtline, Mind, and Samaritans. The Promoter is committed to ensuring that any complaint about its activities, including the Competition and Scratch Cards, is dealt with promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please follow the process below.

1. How to make a complaint. Submit your complaint by emailing contact@tramwaypath.co.uk with the words 'Formal Complaint' in the email subject line. If your complaint relates specifically to Scratch Cards, please use 'Formal Complaint - Scratch Cards' instead. Please include your full name, the email address on your account, and a summary of what has happened.
2. Our response. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 working days of that acknowledgement. If more time is required, we will inform you and give you a revised timeline.
3. Escalation. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by replying to our email and stating that you wish to escalate. We will review your complaint at a senior level and respond within 15 working days.
4. Independent advice. If you remain dissatisfied after that review, you may seek independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service.
