Yes, as the legal owner of the property, you are free to sell or rent it out after legal completion. There are no restrictions imposed by the Promoter regarding resale or letting.

The property’s estimated rental value is approximately £3,000 per month, with the potential to earn up to £5,000 per month on Airbnb. Actual rental income may vary depending on market conditions, occupancy, and tenancy terms.

The service charge on the property is approx £300 p/m - we’ll pay for a year!
