We hope to sell around 180,000 tickets to include transfer costs such as stamp duty, legal fees and running costs for the first year (service charge and ground rent). But if 180,000 tickets are not sold, the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead.

As the property is a leasehold, the ground rent is £450 per annum with payments split every 6 months. Additionally, the service charge is £157 per month or an annual payment can also be arranged.

This apartment is leasehold with 122 years left on the lease.

Unfortunately, only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw.

We will use a random number generator to select the winner.

We allow entries at no additional cost. Postal entries should be submitted on an individual postcard (not in an envelope) to: Tramway Path, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, England, HR5 3DJ.

All entries either paid or free will be treated equally

This is likely due to the card type. We can only accept Visa debit and MasterCard debit cards unfortunately.

After you have purchased a ticket, you will be randomly assigned a ticket number.

You can enter the draw in two ways. We have a paid and free entry route, both of which are treated equally and are entered into the same draw.

While it may seem unusual, this is a 100% legitimate competition with the real prize of the home featured. We’ve given away 7 properties so far, gaining national publicity around our competitions.

The closing date for entries is on 27th May 2022 at 11:59pm, and the winner will be drawn electronically in the presence of a solicitor and notified by email and telephone on 28th May 2022 at 8:00pm.

We hope to sell around 180,000 tickets to include transfer costs such as stamp duty and legal fees. But if 180,000 tickets are not sold, the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead – a seriously life-changing amount of money.
